TOWN GARDENING COMPETITION
The Skipton Gardening Competition is an annual event, organised
by Skipton in Bloom, where local residents, businesses and allotment
holders are all invited to participate. Judging is carried out in late June/early July and prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd
places in each category. An autumn awards ceremony is held in Craven Court to present the prizes.
The 2011 Awards Ceremony, sponsored by Craven Court Shopping
Centre and Skipton Chamber of Trade & Commerce, was held on
